RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Haverleigh Ltd. operates Retrogaming Cloud and holds registration in both England and Wales. Registered Office: Office 17925, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, UK.

1. RETURN PERIOD We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY To return an item, it must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and tagged.

  • Consoles & Hardware: Must include all original accessories (cables, manuals, and the SD card).

  • Non-returnable: Individual micro-SD cards that have been opened/formatted and products showing physical damage caused by improper use.

  • Digital Products: Software plugins and digital downloads are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered.

3. RETURN PROCESS To start a return, you must contact us at support@retrogaming.cloud. Please note: Returns will need to be sent to our regional warehouse address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our registered office in London. 4. REFUNDS Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days.
